If you’re new to Windows Mobile development, this is a great place to start. You’ll learn about the SDKs, downloads and tools necessary to build and debug Windows Mobile applications. You’ll create a simple mobile application in managed code and test it using one of the Windows Mobile device emulators included in the SDK.
