In part 2 of our series we focus on Expression Design. This vector-based content creation tool is a powerful addition to the designer’s arsenal. Through lecture and hands-on demonstrations, this 1 hr. session will show how to create graphics in Expression Design and export them as bitmaps or XAML based vectors for use in desktop and web-based applications.

In part 3 of our series we will dive into Expression Design. We will begin by comparing and contrasting several of the tools and functions in Expression Design and Expression Blend. Many people perceive an overlap in functionality between several aspects of these two very different tools. Through lecture and hands-on demonstrations, this 1 hr. session will demystify where Design ends and Blend begins, and help users understand when to use one versus the other.
