What Do I Get?

Once you join, you’ll have access to great benefits such as Microsoft Developer Network resources, software licenses and technical support. For example:

Do I Qualify?

Empower for ISVs is an introductory program for ISVs and not available to existing Microsoft Certified Partners or Gold Certified Partners. Empower offers developers a one-year membership with an opportunity to renew for a second year.

To join the Empower for ISVs initiative, you must commit to developing a packaged and resalable custom application based on one of the following:

• Windows® 7 Operating System
• 2007 Microsoft Office system
• Windows Server® 2008 or Windows Server 2003
• Microsoft SQL Server® 2008 or SQL Server 2005
• Microsoft Dynamics™ business management solutions
• Windows Mobile software
